Over the past decade, our group has made professional development a top priority since our initial gatherings at the convention. We thrive on bringing together like-minded individuals to chat about current trends, challenges in their roles, or simply share their passion for the game. This foundation has fueled our growth and created opportunities for coaches to shine in their positions. Many of our members hold executive and director roles off the field and connecting them with peers in similar positions fosters long-term success for everyone involved.
