Coach Development

The Coach Development program from our North American Scottish Coaches group is truly unique. We feature a lineup of esteemed guests, including Premier League Managers like David Moyes and Gordon Strachan, along with respected figures in youth coaching such as Andy Goldie and Tommy Wilson, and modern game experts like Ewan Sharp and Ian Cathro. These contributors are driven by their love for the sport and a genuine desire to help others grow. Each session covers a new topic, allowing coaches to explore strategies for enhancing team performance, discover innovative leadership methods, and understand the business side of coaching. We've also focused on areas like talent identification, planning training sessions for youth, and developing IDP programs.
