Ashley brings a wealth of experience in college coaching, being a head coach for eight years at two different schools. 

Ashley coached Pratt Community College (Pratt, Kan.) to a 23-5-3 (.790) record during her final two seasons (2021, 2022) and, in 2022, the National Junior College Athletic Association Division II Region VI championship and a No. 14 national ranking.

She is now the head coach at of Xavier University of Louisiana.
